The Bite Ring captures a pair of parted lips, teeth visible and the lower lip caught mid-bite. Deep red enamel, applied by hand and fired onto sterling silver, brings the expression to life. A cheeky detail for an otherwise ordinary day.
As an enameller, I enjoy introducing colour into my pieces. Here, the red lips are the focus: playful, expressive and a little provocative.

Caring for fired enamel
Enamel is glass fused to metal. Its colour is fired onto the silver, but it still needs gentler handling than a plain metal ring: knocks and impacts can chip or crack the glass.
Handle it carefully and protect the enamel from hard knocks. Think of it as a small piece of glasswork you can wear, rather than a ring to treat roughly.
